Country Manor Estates is a 50 home community located in Temecula. Country Manor prides itself on its friendly neighbors, well maintained homes, local school system, and nearby community parks. In addition to a five member Board of Directors, the community is governed by a variety of active committees. The Board and the Committees are comprised of homeowner volunteers, appointed by the Board of Directors and assisted by Avalon Management, a local professional management company.
